Church Directory and Online Account

To access your online account and the Directory, you must log in below.  

If this is your first time using the online portal to our database, you will need to setup up a password as follows:  

  • Step One: Click the button for "Are you new? Create an account" and follow the simple instructions.  This first step will allow you immediate limited access to see your own information.  You will need to wait til Step Two is complete to be able to view the Directory.
  • Step Two: Once you have established a password for the first time, the church office will automatically be notified.  Next (if you are a parishioner) the office will upgrade your access privileges  so that you may also view our Church Directory and private web pages. 

Note: Information in the online Church Directory is to help parishioners contact one another. It is not to be used for sales, telemarketing, political mailings or any other non-authorized contact or solicitation of our congregation. 

What can I do with my Online Account?

  • Maintain your church profile
  • Update your contact information
  • Set privacy settings for your info (i.e., regarding info viewable in the directory)
  • View the Church Directory*
  • View, text, and email your Small Group members*
  • View, text, and email your Ministry Team members*
  • Review your contribution history
  • Access online giving
  • Set up recurring contributions
  • Pay for events or make special offerings

* These features are available upon approval by the office, and for privacy reasons are available to only church congregation and staff.

Online Account FAQ

  • Why do I need an online account? Using an Online Account gives you access to many features that help you connect and give to your church. It provides a secure connection to your profile to keep your information up-to-date. Your Online Account allows you to have one username and password to access the Church Directory, Online Giving, Event Registration, the My Church mobile app, and so much more.
  • How do I get an Online Account?  If you are a regular attender or member, you probably already have an account in our database. Your username is your full email address. Each person has their own account and thus each person must have a unique (separate) email address.  (Click 'Forgot Your Password' to have a new password emailed to you.) If you don't have an account, please email the Church Office. Once your account is created, you will receive an email with your temporary password. It is suggested that you change your password to something you will remember.
  • How do I change my password? When you first log in to your account with your temporary password, under the My Info tab, you can scroll to the bottom and enter a new password. It is recommended that you do not share your password with anyone, as your username and password are connected to your Online Giving, etc. and may contain sensitive information.
  • What if I forget my password? From the login screen you can click on 'Forgot your Password' and a new temporary password will be emailed to you. It is recommended that you change your password to something you will remember.
  • What if I forget my username? Your username is typically your full email address. If you have any problems please contact the office for assistance.
  • What if my email address changes? Please contact the office to reset your account username.
  • Whom do I contact if I have questions or technical difficulties? You can email the office with any questions regarding your online account.
